Clapham House, Lowestoft
Woodfellows were involved with the acquisition and complete refurbishment of this former council building located in the heart of Lowestoft for a local healthcare company. The building was stripped back to its bare frame with all deleterious materials used from its original construction removed and then subsequently refurbished inside and out to a high standard to give the building a new lease of life. As part of the refurbishment works careful consideration was given to the energy performance of the building and photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof as part of the works ensuring that the building could self-generate a generous proportion of its own electricity.
